So everyone knows the famous chase sequence from Bullitt, but has anyone ever tried to recreate the route the chase took? no? Well now someone has, admittedly I would have never thought of doing this, but then again I probably don’t have as much time on my hands as this guy.
The reality is the route is impossible unless your Mustang comes equipped with a teleport option or your restoration Bullitt can somehow manipulate the space/time continuum. And sadly the 2008 Bullitt Mustang unfortunately does not come with this.
So some guy with the handle ‘mthaeg’ has gone about putting together a little map using Google Maps which shows you the many film locations all over San Francisco. Oh and I’ve included the chase scene again for good measure.
