I often come across new images from Eleanor owners, especially members of the Eleanor forums I frequent. This week member, DaveSanborn, posted up some beauties of his son’s black 1968 Eleanor creation. What’s striking about the images is of course the car, black all the way through with no racing stripes, not often done and when done right looks amazing as in this example. The second thing which makes these photos great is it’s location as Dave explains:
“We stopped at a local gas station that’s undergoing a historical society restoration to snap some photos of the new paint. We are very happy with the latest color and paint job! The painter really outdid himself. We had him add a small amount of metal flake to the Black that looks awesome in direct sunlight.”
I’ll try to get the car particulars but for now enjoy the photos!
