My Marti Report
I’ve always wanted to know the full history of my car and until recently I didn’t know much. However I ordered a Marti report for Marti Auto Works and to my delight it gives a whole heap of info about my car.
For those who don’t know Marti Auto Works holds the contract to the Ford database of 1967-1979 model years. That means they can tell you everything about any Ford, Mercury, or Ford truck made in North America during that period. What color your car was. What rear axle ratio, What day was the car sold and a whole lot more.
So here is how my car from the factory:
Your vehicle was ordered with the following options:
C-4 Cruise-O-Matic Transmission
F70-14 Wide Oval Tired
White Sidewall Nylon Tired
Firestone Brand Name Tires
Lower Back Panel Grille
Console
Sport Deck Rear Seat
Power Disc Brakes
AM Radio
Exterior Decor Group
Your car was actually produced on December 13, 1966 – one day ahead of schedule.
The car was built in San Jose and came in Candyapple red with Parchment Standard interior and was car 54,022 produced at the factory
Pretty cool! White Sidewall tires, now that would be something, I would love to see what they look like.
What’s even better is I can also find out where my car was sold. Dealer #74F459 which luckily enough still exists and points to:
Robberson Ford Lincoln Mercury (74F459)
2100 N.E. Third Street
Bend, OR 97701
I love the history behind it, and it gives me something to do while the car undergoes her restoration. Here’s how she looked when I got her.

Did you order the “standard” Marti Report or the “deluxe” report?
I have a 67 Mustang Fastback C-code and I was thinking about ordering one myself.
Nice Mustang!
^_^
Hey Carlos,
I just got the standard one. I just wanted to know the basics of my car.
I would love some photos of your C-Code!!
cheers

The car is looking great. This was my car for several years. I purchased the car from a coworker in Oregon where it had been stored for several years in a barn. I had hoped to restore it but never had the time, money or space. Glad to see it is being cared for.
