The Unique Performance Bankruptcy auction that I previously reported on is now open. The Rosen Systems site is now taking registration for bidding and you can view the full catalog of some 1053 items. Amongst the assorted parts are 44 Mustang shells in various stages of completion.
It’s just mind boggling to think about how big Unique performance was and how now everything they stood for and everything they owned is being auctioned off to pay back some $900,000 to the IRS, from couches to cabinets and carpet to cleaning products, even the potted plants and pictures off their walls are being sold.
So if you’re after some quality Mustang parts at possible bargains, or just want that Bougainvillea for the shed, head on over to the Rosen Systems site and check it out.

The only drama would be the BONDO stories

What coilover shock system did Unique use on the Eleanor’s?
I’ve heard Pro-something or Carerra. Anyone know the model numbers, size, length, spring rates? any info to madmiles442@yahoo.com would be appreciated.
Thanks!

But what’s interesting is it was expected that the auction would fetch a lot more as the excess money was to go to the customers who have lost their hard earned cash and the former employees that are owed wages. Unfortunately again they have lucked out. According to Jalopnik, after lawyers fees each owed customer will receive a mere $978. A short cry from the hundreds of thousands they handed over. [...]
