But I question the actions of police if they are not going to prosecute. No I am not silly enough to think Unique was in a good trading position however I do think the police bought on the shut down earlier then may have happened, this may have been a good thing in the protection of unsuspecting customers but questions should be asked. Cam if you recall Unique never bought the titles for if not all most of the cars they bought so with this being said they must have known a way around not having a title. Could it have been that they could re title the cars with a new Vin similar to the way you would Title a Dynacorn body. Meeting all the control requirements of 2007-2008 standards may have been the loop hole. As i said blow that much $$$$$$ something was going on but they may have gone after him for the wrong reasons, he must be able to go for Fraud and deception must he not you can't believe he could trade out of that kind of postion.
