It’s not too often you come across a review of a car that is 45 years old so when I found this great video I had to share it with you all. Fitness Professional and car enthusiast, Rob Riches, gets behind the wheel of a nice blue 1967 GT Fastback and takes us on a cruise around sunny California.
Here’s a little blurb from the video. “One of the best examples of the 67 Mustang on the road today, lovingly rebuilt and upgraded with many racing spec parts, including a 400-bhp, big-block V8 under the hood. Learn about the history and specifications of this true Muscle car as well as experience a unique perspective of the beautiful canyon roads in Southern California. A must-see for any car enthusiast!”
There’s not much else to say, so sit back and enjoy the video.

Rob Riches knows what he’s talking about when it comes to fitness and he definitely knows his cars!
Although I must say I prefer the convertible. Cool plates, by the way!
Great video!!
