It’s a little known fact that Kylie Minogue‘s father Ron is an avid Mustang enthusiast. But the man with the famous daughters is actually a life member of the Victoria Mustang Owners Club So you would assume he knows his Mustangs. But unfortunetly Ron appears to have been taken for $180,000 Australian Dollars on a 1968 Mustangg he thought was a GT500 but all is not what it seems.
I love finding vintage stories or cool articles from back when the early-era Mustangs were on sale and this is one of those stories. While checking out the Mustang Monthly blog this article stood out.

Well it’s been really quiet this past week with not a lot of news or updates to post. Last I heard from Toby was last weekend his car was having the black applied and the striped marked out, but no updates or photos just yet. They should be coming very soon.

It’s always good to see Eleanor get more public recognition but it’s not often major media publishers pick up the story which is just what has happened in the UK with The Times running a story last week all about our beloved Eleanor.
I was only speaking with Jason from Classic-Recreations a few weeks back when he told me he had a few cars headed for Australia, but apart from that I have not seen any of them until now. I stumbled upon what seems to be a video of Classic-Recreations workers test driving the RHD car for their client
